Terms: We expect to process your order within 21 days from the date we receive it, but if we fail to do this please let us know. All cheques, postal orders, money orders or credit card transactions should be in sterling and made payable to Pendraken
We also accept payment via PAYPAL. Payments should be made to the e-mail address d.pengilley@btinternet.com
Postage is extra on all items: UK and BFPO please add 10% of the order value (min 30p up to £10.00) Europe 20% and North America please add 30%. Rest of World please add 30% (airmail) or alternatively send your credit card number and postage and packing will be charged at cost. For all oversea's orders minimum postage and packing £1, for the UK and BFPO minimum postage and packing of £1 with £10 maximum Note regarding postage rates 'for the last year I've been subsidising postage costs from figure costs due to large increases by the post office in postal rates for heavy packages' Cash with order is required.
